LA Health and Rehabilitation Center is an emergency shelter for homeless single-parent families. It has been in operation for seven years. The shelter provides immediate assistance to homeless women and their independent children. The shelter also assists with individual and group counseling in Substance Abuse recovery and a Resident Assistant at the shelter facility provides for monitoring and transportation assistance, training and developing individual plans for its clients. ESGP provides assistance with shelter maintenance and with basic operations expenses.
