2009 Gaming Revenues and Commitments

Beginning in January of 2009, the two riverboats began paying fees based upon a percentage of net gaming revenue as opposed to a flat fee per admission. For May 2009, compared to May 2008, gaming collections reflected a 26.89% increase. Year-to-date collections increased by 33.74%.
