Revenue Facts 2003-2006 is a comprehensive manual of "revenue fact sheets" prepared by the Finance Department-Budgeting Division for use in preparing revenue estimates for the Annual Operating Budget for the City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge and in analyzing revenue trends.  The manual is divided into four sections.  The first one contains descriptions of recurring revenue sources currently being used to fund various operations in its General Fund.  The second section describes recurring revenue sources of the various Special Revenue Funds other than grant funds.  A third section contains a description of the Road and Street Improvement Capital Projects Fund, which is funded by the same sales tax that funds one of the Special Revenue Funds.  The fourth section includes revenue fact sheets for the City-Parish Enterprise Funds, with the exception of the Capital Transportation Corporation Fund.
