East Baton Rouge City-Parish has implemented a process that allows vendors to electronically respond to sealed bids for materials and supplies and construction/public works solicitations.

The City-Parish has signed an agreement with Info Tech, Inc., for use of the Bid Express Online Bidding Exchange.

Advertisements and Notice to Proposers will advise bidders when electronic bids will be accepted. We will also continue to accept paper bids for all solicitations.

Vendors interested in submittal of electronic bids to East Baton Rouge City-Parish may do so by subscribing to Bid Express Online Bidding Exchange at www.bidx.com.
