Objective:

Objective:

Distribute and provide education on the Parish Emergency Operations Plan. Work with agencies to develop and submit a Continuity of Operations Plan to ensure a continuation of their mission critical functions during a disaster.

Objective:
Review & implement training needs for parish emergency responders. BRAMAS–ICS–HEICS–NIMS–River Bend
Address training issues identified in Corrective Action & Implementation Plans.
Coordinate comprehensive exercise schedules focusing on actual emergency scenarios, such as river accidents, pipeline emergencies, fixed facility, transportation incidents or a WMD. Emphasis is placed on the coordination between local, state and federal agencies and, as well as the public and private sector.
Work with the After Action Review Committee to conduct an After Action Workshop, development the AAR and CA/IP. Incorporate identified issues into the exercise program.
