The Baton Rouge Green is a non-profit organization committed to preserving and restoring our natural urban forest and improving the quality of life of our citizens by providing East Baton Rouge Parish with an urban reforestation program based on research and professional guidelines.

The mission of  the Baton Rouge Green is to motivate, inspire, and educate our citizens to improve our quality of life through the planting of trees.  The Geographic Area is Greater Baton Rouge.  Our goals are:   

• raise public awareness about The Baton Rouge Green

• educate the community on the importance of trees

• plant trees
