NOTES

Pre-Application conference must be scheduled at least seven (7) days prior to this date.

July and December meeting schedule may change as a result of Metropolitan Council meeting changes.

Applications must be received by 10:00 a.m. of the scheduled Application Deadline.

Homework Mail-out dates shown in the Zoning schedule above also applies to the Planning schedule.

Planned Unit Development and Small Planned Unit Development follow the Planning schedule through the Planning Commission meeting, then they are forward to Metropolitan Council Zoning meeting.
