The Department of Juvenile Services is totally committed to the mission and vision that we provide high quality services to our clients in an effort to help prevent crime and make their lives more manageable. The agency has the hope of bringing and maintaining harmony among its personnel so that their lives as employees are fulfilled to the degree they desire. Through this commitment, we will continue to strive for Excellency in the area of service delivery.  

TQM Statement

Management is committed to creating an environment for change by removing the obstacles frequently encountered during the training and implementations phases of TQM. Further, it’s the belief that all people play important roles in the TQM process. Recognizing that awards are powerful motivators for effectiveness, management will continue to encourage proficiency and award achievements at various times.
