Pre-Application for the Annual Action Plan Projects

The Office of Community Development (OCD) receives pre-applications for New Project proposals on a continuing basis –OCD Pre-Application Form. Potential applicants (such as; CHDO’s, Non-profit organizations, CDC’s, For-profits, etc.) are strongly encouraged to submit their project proposals to OCD for review and to ensure that the proposed projects are consistent with the OCD Consolidated Plan Strategy to address the City-Parish community development needs.
